Shawn Caldwell is a keyboardist, composer, and producer from Washington, PA with over 55 years of experience behind the keys. Blending a lifetime of live musicianship with modern cinematic production, he crafts story-driven electronic and synth-pop music that bridges deep atmospheric soundscapes with messages of faith, hope, and redemption.

Shawn's latest release, REMEDY, is an 11-track concept album delivering a rich mix of cinematic retro synth-pop. The album follows the narrative journey of a young girl named Riley as she searches for purpose, grace, and light beneath the glowing neon of the city.

A 1990 graduate of Geneva College with a degree in Broadcasting, Shawn’s musical journey encompasses over three decades of teaching private piano lessons, decades of church music ministry (including serving as Worship Director at Living Stone Community Church), and performing live keyboards with the band Pocket Change.

His discography highlights an evolving creative path—starting with his 2007 debut instrumental project Mind Control (a fusion of electronica, pop/rock, and new age) and his 2018 holiday record It's Christmas Time.

With REMEDY, Shawn combines synthwave aesthetics, lyric videos, and visual storytelling to create an immersive experience for fans of retrowave, 80s synth-pop, and uplifting cinematic music.
